Host a Fringe Meeting at SNP Autumn Conference 2017

Fringe Meetings are the most effective way to convey a message to our Conference delegates by engaging in debate and discussion. You choose the topic to be discussed and invite speakers either from within the SNP or externally.

Fringe meetings are held at the start and end of the Conference day and over the lunch break.

Each Fringe event includes:

• 3 complimentary passes for panel members
• 2 complimentary passes for staff members
• All rooms will be set up Theatre Style as standard - if you require a different layout there will be an additional charge.

All fringe events include a complimentary fringe listing in the Conference Handbook. Many organisers also choose to boost attendance by taking up one of the many advertising opportunities available - including full-page adverts and emails to delegates - email conference@snp.org if you are interested in finding out more.

Hosts can also provide drinks and a buffet. Catering should be booked separately and is not included in this package. Catering options will be sent on to you once your booking has been processed.
